Following on from the post early in the week and which were shared via centre and club Facebook groups we are putting out some facts regarding anti-doping at events.
It has come to light in recent weeks that there has been an increasing trend in Helmets being presented at Technical Control without an ACU Gold Sticker attached. The ACU would like to remind all riders that it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the helmet they present to Technical Control is ACU Approved and has the suitable ACU Gold Sticker attached.
The ACU have issued a press release regarding the UK Governments decision to axe the EU ‘VNUK’ Insurance Law. Some good news for once during such strange times.
It is with sad regret that I inform you of the passing of Denny Barber. Denny was a top class grass track rider in the 60s to 80s and will be sadly missed.
