There are many ways to get involved without actually competing - most clubs, will give a warm welcome to anyone who wants to help with the many jobs involved in staging a motorcycle sporting event. There are a host of things that have to be done before anyone can turn a wheel, from admin, marshalling, track preparation and much more.
